What we offer
It all starts with a test…
Our process begins with a standard HTMA (Hair tissue mineral analysis) test. You can order it here directly from us. Once you purchase it, we’ll email you instructions on how to proceed. After we receive the results, we can do a consultation to figure out what needs to be done based on your tests.
Hair tissue mineral analysis is an inexpensive, accurate screening method that can be of great help in understanding body chemistry and designing an individualized diet and supplement program which can relieve biochemical stress and help restore and maintain optimum health.
Step 1: Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
The first thing you need to do is order a Hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA for short) test from us. HTMA is a screening test to measure the levels of more than 21 minerals in the hair tissue.Minerals tested include the electrolytes – calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and phosphorus.
Trace minerals tested include copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, iron, molybdenum, lithium, cobalt, zinc and others. Toxic metals tested include lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, nickel, aluminum and others. In all, 15 macro and micro minerals, 8 heavy metals, and 14 additional elements are analyzed.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to exclusive distribution agreements, we cannot accept orders for hair tests from clients originating from the following countries:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Croatia, Denmark, El Salvador, Equador, Finland, Guatemala, Honk Kong, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Guinea, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates.

The HTMA consultation works best when combined with specific blood markers. It is highly recommended you obtain a blood test utilizing the below markers. Please consult with your doctor to request these markers. You may also privately pay for this blood test here.
Mag-Zinc-Copper Panel w/ Iron Panel Test
For those with insurance, please request these blood markers from your doctor:
- Magnesium RBC
- Plasma Zinc
- Serum Copper
- Serum Ceruloplasmin
- Serum Transferrin (Siderophilin)
- Serum Iron
- Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC)
- Unsaturated Iron-Binding Capacity (UIBC)
- Transferrin Saturation
- Serum Ferritin
For those concerned with their Vitamin D status, please request these tests from your doctor:
- Active Hormone D (1,25 (OH)2)
- Storage Hormone D (25(OH)
- Ionized Serum Calcium
- Potassium RBC
Step 2: Consultation
Once you’ve ordered the test, you can make an appointment to consult with Stephanie. What to expect during your consultation (45 min – 1 hour):
- Review Symptom Profile form: confirm metabolic challenges and create context for interpretation of HTMA
- Review Findings of HTMA Analysis: Identify mineral levels and ratios that correlate with the Symptom Profile
- Identify Nutritional Recommendations based on HTMA: Based upon the findings from the Symptom Profile and the HTMA, a series of recommendations will be made to address stress patterns and enhance energy production
